A qualified Nurse and Consultant Midwife with almost 30 years of clinical experience, Arezou has dedicated her career to supporting women through every stage of life. Since qualifying as a midwife in 1997, she has worked across both NHS and private maternity services and has spent the last several years in a Consultant Midwife role, championing women’s autonomy, choice, and evidence-based care.
Alongside her extensive clinical experience, Arezou is actively involved in national and local maternity transformation programmes, helping to improve standards of care and bring the latest research into clinical practice. She is also passionate about education, training fellow midwives and continuing her own research through PhD studies focusing on women’s pelvic floor health.
